In response to this situation, Rongchang District decided to build a blockchain live pig supervision electronic signature platform and build the country’s first blockchain live pig supervision electronic signature platform demonstration zone. The platform will assign an account to each law enforcement officer and authorize them to use an electronic seal. After the law enforcement officers quarantine the pigs on the spot, they will issue quarantine certification documents and electronically sign them through their mobile phones. Then, the relevant person in charge of the unit will conduct an online verification.

This process can realize the openness and transparency of the whole process, and supervisors can query and trace the signatures and other behaviors of related personnel through the QR code. At present, the platform has been initially completed and is expected to go online in May at the earliest.
