The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Minister Byun Chang-heum) is holding the ‘2021 Real Estate Service Industry Startup Competition’ with Korea Real Estate Agency (Director Hak-Gyu Kim) to create a startup ecosystem and create youth jobs by discovering promising sprout companies (startups) in the real estate industry .
Accordingly, the contest to discover excellent startup items related to the real estate service industry begins on February 22 and ends on May 3.
Proptech is a compound word of’Property’ and’Technology’ and refers to real estate services based on high-tech technologies such as mobile channels, big data analysis, and VR (virtual reality).
Any Korean citizen interested in the real estate service industry can apply for the start-up competition, and the subject of the competition is real estate such as proptech related to the 4th industrial revolution technology (artificial intelligence, block chain, etc.) using information and communication technology (ICT) It covers all fields related to industry.
